User Titles

Hey I added color to User Titles.

Your Title will change colors when you get to be a member, then super member, etc. I am trying to figure out how to make custom titles for each and still keep the color code. As soon as I figure out how to do that I will let yall know, custom titles are up.

so, we'll be able to have custom user text under/above our avatar soon? (like how above my avatar it says "I'm Ron Burgundy?")
