This is for the new guys out there.

Tools needed:
-Tribal Tool kit(includes 2 prong tool, AOC gauge, and AOC plunger remover)- Optional.
-2 Prong tool or needle nose pliers, but BE CAREFUL with pliers, as Anodizing gets scratched very easily.
-5/16, 5/32, and 1/16" Allen wrenches
-Regular sized Flathead screwdriver
-Small flathead screwdriver
-10/32 screw(if you don't have an AOC plunger remover)

Now to the good stuff:

1. Gather your tools and your gun. Disconnect your air source of course.

2. Take your 2 prong tool and remove the AOC cap (or LPC or LPR). And have your 10/32 screw or aoc plunger remover handy.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/2.jpg

3. Thread your screw/plunger remover into the aoc plunger and pull it out. The AOC spring should come out with it.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/3.jpg

4. Now unscrew the HPR(High Pressure Regulator) and set it aside.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/4.jpg

5. Get that BIG 5/16 allen wrench and unscrew the ASA screw.

http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/6.jpg

6. Now your AOC body is movable. Put your 5/32 allen in the plunger hole in the body and push down and pull out. It's kinda tricky at first, but you'll get the idea.

*Note- The Valve spring may or may not come out. Either way it's o.k.

7. Remove your bolt and set it aside.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/9.jpg

8. Take the 1/16 allen wrench and unscrew your backplate, and pop the backplate and electronics out.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/10.jpg

9. Now take off your frame via the 2 screws in the front and back of the frame. They are 5/32 as well.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/11.jpg

10. Now that the frame is loose, you must disconnect the Selenoid.

http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/13.jpg

11. If you want, remove your selenoid by unscrewing the 2 screws holding it on with your small flathead screwdriver
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/15.jpg

12. Take your 2 prong tool and unscrew/pull the Ram out.

13. Next remove the plastic insulator on the body of the gun(if it hasnt come out already), and unscrew the Valve screw with your regular-sized flathead screwdriver.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/16.jpg

14. Useing a pen or your small(if it's long) screwdriver, push the valve out of the front of the gun. (it will only come out this way.)
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/17.jpg

18. This is the order of the internal parts, starting with the valve to the right are: Valve body, valve stem, Valve spring, AOC body, AOC spring, AOC plunger
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/18.jpg

19. Now both tubes of the gun should be clear. This is a good time to run a squegee or swab through them to clean them.
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/19.jpg

And your finished taking it apart and cleaning all those Orings(or replacing them). Now it's time to put it back together!

1. When you put the Valve back in, make sure you put it in right, use this (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/18.jpg) and this (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/17.jpg) as a guide.

2. Screw the Ram back in.

3. AOC is next. When you put it in, make sure it looks like THIS (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/20.jpg), with no part of the AOC walls showing, as opposed to having it look something like THIS (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b151/Bakerboy4679/tribal%20lube/21.jpg), otherwise you can damage your ASA screw.

Also make sure the Valve Spring is connected to both the valve and the aoc.

4. put your ASA back on, screwing the asa screw back in with the big 5/16" allen.

5. Now hook up your electronics, and make sure to put the plastic insulator in it's appropariate place. Then attach the frame with it's two screws(smaller screw in the front)

6. Slide your bolt back in, make sure you put the side with 2 holes DOWNWARD. Then put the pin in, making sure to get it securely rested in the Hammer(sliding thing on Ram ;)).

Hope this helps some new friends in the Tribe!

I have a stuck valve screw that I have tried to extract and drill out but it's brass and I think I may have drilled into my valve! Also, my aoc is stuck bad! I am trying to replace it with Edwin's LPRC and I can't seem to get it to come forward at all. :lool:
Edit:OK screw is out and edwin's LPRC is ready to go back in. (after I replace my valve screw) Do you place the spring over the extension part or leave it out? Any pictures with the upgrades?

Alls well that ends well. Problem solved :cheer3od: and lesson learned. Don't let anyone unqualified to work on your Tribal:No: and learn to do it yourself. Anyone know where I can find a valve screw locally? Like what size is it? Is brass or aluminum the only choices since stanless would coroide with the aluminum frame?

I'm not too sure about what Lowes or Home Depot carries, but theres a possibility they'd have a grub screw you could use.

Take it in with you and ask some people for some help. Thats what their there for. I'm pretty sure they can get the right size for you, however I don't know (and would be suprised) if they carried a brass screw with a flat-head end, and a rounded end, but check it out anyway.

Otherwise, just use the B/S/T forums and ask for one. I'm sure someone has one laying around, but you might need to buy the valve with it. heh.
