Are you actually looking for chrome or a silver or clear color. Cause I think, and correct me if im wrong, but you cannot anno over chrome, and since chrome is a plating, it would be kinda hard to fade it. I also don't know if you can chrome over anno either.........?? Someone please answer this cause now I'm curious myself!

he is right, there is a color called chrome, but as for chrome plating, you cant really have 50/50 fades...at least by the sounds of the anno kit instructions you can't.
I will be posting pics of my "special" gun later this week, it has black to chrome fade. but the chrome is color not plating.

sounds good, you could also get a pinstriper to use car paint on it then use clear coat, i have seen an old cocker done like that it was sweet, and apparently harder to scratch than anno.

I'm not sure about that. Anodizng creates one of the hardest surfaces in metalworking. Go and take your fingernail and run it over your car; your gonna scratch it. Now do it with your paintball marker; you won't scratch it.

try doing touch ups on anno...if anno gets scratched, re anno or live with it. And after 5 coats of clearcoat, its hard to scratch and ceap/quick to repair.
Also I was only talking about the image on the marker he wanted painted.
