Funny this is brought up...

I worked Friday night and Saturday morning trying to mill out a batch of 4 triggers. Well, the end mill slipped in the arbor and destroyed itself on the hardened vice. Tried to use another end mill but again it was slipping and not cutting properly. I modified the arbor to make the end mills not slip, ever and am going to try another run. I have to wait for a new end mill to get in as well. I also have to mill some custom jaws for each trigger style.

So basically... its in the works. :) (As I've said for almost a year now??)

Yep it wouldn't be called a project, if it was easy and could be finished in a day!!!

I guess I need to bring up the age old question of what style triggers everyone wants, and then go ahead and stick with my original design. :)

Stick would be easiest. I have my original double blade design that I'm really fond of. I'm not particularly fond of the hugely curved triggers, but whatever people like. I'll post pics of my progress tonight.

s-triggers rip, not a fan of rollers, like the sticks so long as they are wide. I also loved ring triggers but meh they were a fad. Also the double triggers with a wide base and are offset like the spyder compacts/ flame triggers for cockers.

you know what fuckit, make what you want well settle with anything over stock!

PS Andy you still havnt got back to me about the Angel stuff.

Computer for the mill died tonight, so I won't be able to get them done anytime soon until I find a new computer or get this one running again. I did get the custom jaws drawn up and just about programmed. I really need to go through and reformat my desktop computer before it decides to crash and burn... Arg... not a good night.

Nevermind, mill is back up and running. I just had to curse extensively at it...

Custom jaws for trigger design one are done. Programming for the parting off pass for the triggers will come sometime tomorrow, after which they get sent out for anodizing. I can't believe this is all coming together! :)

PS. My mill is a complete mess!
