Valve compatability

Noticed on ASP that the Rocket Valve is listed as being suitable for the B2K Bushmaster as well as the old Defiant. Just wondering if perhaps MacDev's RED valve for the B2K would work in the Tribal seeing as the Tribal version is no longer manufactured...

I *think* they're the correct diameter and geometry, but you'll have to cut down the ram end of the valve to accomodate for the hammer (Tribal hammers are cupped whereas B2K hammers are flat faced). Shouldn't be a problem for someone with a lathe.

the red valve would need the back of it shaved down a bit to work in a tribal, the bushmaster valve is a bit longer than a tribal valve.
