alright, i might get called slow for this one, but this question is about regulators. Lets say the regulator on a gun has a max INPUT of 1000 psi and the tank regulator is rated for 3000 psi. isn't the air coming out of the regulator on the tank coming out at 3000 psi, or does the regulator on the tank actually step it down considerably. if so, is there a way to tweak the regulator on the tank to the desirable pressure?

Most HPA tanks regulate their max pressure of 3000, 4500, or 5K down to a usuable range of 800, 450 or thereabouts. There will always be a regulator on the tank...some tanks have an adjustable regulator mounted directly on the tank, therefore eliminating the HPR on the marker.....
