So I'm thinking about getting a tribal, but was wondering how well they run on Co2? My Impulse runs fairly well with Co2, but am looking for something new to shoot again. The reason I ask is because I can't get N2/CA in my area =(.

you will have to run a antisiphon and or a palmer stab........not impossible but im not sure who has done it yet

I will most likely be running a palmer's stab with it.

Well just like any marker, you always run the risk of getting some liquid co2 in there no matter how much preventive measures you have.

Yea at this point, I have almost nowhere to get Compressed Air where I live too. Only place is a shop called Enemy Paintball and from what I can gather, the listed hours of operation is more like a distant guideline rather than anything else...been thinking of creating my own fill station somewhat similar to what they have at the fields, but I just need to get to the point where i can afford it and justify it

Do you have a local dive shop or school that teaches it? You can always buy a cheap scuba tank and fill from it. If you can charm your way to let them fill an old tank that doesn't pass a visual but will still hydro you can maybe get one of their old rentals. Or you can rent a bottle from the local shop that services the local hospital with oxygen and nitro. You should be able to put something together and then you may be able to supply your friends and cut the cost! Good luck1

Yep scuba tank, scuba tank adapter, and a scuba shop will provide enough air for a little woodsball for you and a few friends.
We did a little 6 man woodsball on one tank. You generally not shooting that many balls in a game like that.
Or you can shop ebay for a scuba compressor ($500-$2000) and fill your own tanks. :D :D :D :D

Actually I have been using Co2 in my Mephy for four years with no problems at all, in fact it is the only gun I have that has NOT let me down at some time. The trick is to keep liquid out. An anti-siphin tank is a must and I wouldn't even consider anything smaller than a 20 oz. Also you must use a regulator that will block the flow of liquid Co2. The palmers stab. is a good choice, but I am using a Gen-X 2 on my Mephy with great results. I have shot it rapid fire until the tank, bottomline and Gen-X were iced over with no liquid getting to the gun. By the way that takes about 400 shots as fast as you can pull the trigger, and no, I don't recommend doing it. My point is, it can be done with careful planning.
