Building a house for my cuz-

Well, we just started.

Cleared some more trees, ran some strings, layed down some formboards, and got some sand in there. Were actually finished with the sand, I just forgot to snap some more pictures.
We just have yet to tamp it down. Thats on the agenda today.

what are the overal dimensions? I assume it's going to be a two story structure....

Actually it's gonna be a "story and a half". Just over 3,000 sq. ft.

We got all the plumbing in, and are waiting on the Pest control inspection, then we can pour(scheduled for tuesday or wensday.. i forget)

We're doing it ourselves, but we have lots of friends that are helping(obviously).

Ahh, sorry for being offline for so long fellas! Been out of the PB scene for a while now, so I never think to hop on here. sorry!!

Well, we finished the house and they moved in 3 days ago. I'll snap some pictures tomorrow.

My lastest project(started today) is building me a garage/shop. 20x30, (2) 8' garage doors for me and my buddy to park our cars on, and to do our wrenching in there instead of in my dads shop. =)

Started this morning at about 10:00a-6:30p. We're bulding our own trusses, so it takes a little longer... Tomorrow we should have the trusses done and I'll start hanging plywood/tyvek/eventually vinyl siding. On top we'll order green metal like my dads shop(so they both match.)

Naa, I live in Tallahassee, FL, but Edwin's sister lives just up the road from me.

BTW Edwin, are you guys gonna be coming into Tally this year?


We finished the trusses, but unfortunatly mom had both the keys to the truck, so we couldn't get started on the OSB.

Actually the photo in my Avatar of Colin was a day at the range shooting AR15. He was 4 and was shooting the AR with a 22LR adapter in the rifle. He loved shooting it, and just asked last night when we were going again.

He has been to 2 D-Day event, but didn't play. He even is in APG from the 2005 D-Day event.
