Ok guys... yesterday me nd my friends went to my local high schoolfootball/baseball field to paly some paintball. we get all our stuff ready fill up our pods and tanks... [ohh and tanks ill talk about it later] ok match starts and i go to schoot and my bolt in the top only goes forward about 3/4 of the way and keeps choopin paint like its job iono if the bolt needs to be lubed or anything but im frankly worried.... is there anyway i can fix this without sending it to someone because i have from wednesday-saturday to fix this problem and theres no way i can get the gun to kaos and back by saturday about 2 days there a day at his place and back in 2 days...and yes i use n02 i have a 48/3000psi tank
Also when someone is filling up c02 tanks shoould it take like 2 min a tank to fill and should the tanks frost on the outside of the WHOLE THING AND TAKE 8 hours to defrost w/o getting ur fingers stuck to the tanks
also we shook the tanks and we heard like water inside

No you don't have to lube the bolt.
Sounds like you need to lube the marker internally (not the bolt). It could be your LPR (AOC), RAM, Noid, HPR, or Tank regulator.
You need to post a pic of your marker or list all the part you have in the Marker. Is it stock, or does it have mods or aftermarket parts???

seems you may be starving your marker for air.......with that dinky line.
get macro line fittings and replace what you have, i believe the lack of air would be the cause you fix that it should work better. make sure you get the macro-line as well

For your safety and that of others, stay the hell away from any and every CO2 fill station, without a scale, it's just dangerous, especially with your results.

ya ur never gonna believe what happened to me yesterday... me nd my frined went to fill our n02 an c02 tanks and he gets his no2 filled first and it filled ands then his 2 c02s. ok all of a sudden the little screw cap that u screw the tank into BLEW OFF and ricoched [spelling] off the walls in the back room almost hitting the guy and totaly broke the scale it hit... the braided line ripped too

Yep certainly sounds like someone doesn't know what the fuck they are doing with CO2.
Your marker looks totally stock, except for the Feedneck. Like Shifty said the HPR on Tribals are really poor performers. I would have it repaired or replaced. Shoot me an IM, and I can repair it for you if you want. If you decide to replace it with a better HPR then PLEASE don't throw that one away. Keep it just in case you want to sell the marker. Someone who want a nice stock Tribal will want all the original parts. Remember Tribals are Collector Markets now as they are no longer manufacturered.
Look at this thread for HPR rebuild:

I'm betting on the AOC being too low, dwell too low, sticky solenoid, dead battery or the HPR too low. Easiest thing would be to swap out for a new battery and play around with the dwell settings. Then you can start having fun with the AOC and HPR if those don't fix the problem.

AOC = Air Operated Controller
Basically, translating from Toxic Toys speak to standard parts nomenclature, it's your LPR (low pressure regulator). Right under the barrel, that plug with the two holes in it? That's your AOC cap, and the AOC is in behind it. Check out the --->Tribal Manual<--- at the top of every page on the TOG, as well as --->Tribal Basics<---, both have good stuff for you. Taking apart your Tribal is not as hard or onerous as you think it to be.
