Well I'm new to the Tribals but have worked on other electros but am having a problem. I just got this gun and when I got it it powered up and would fire(sorta but not for this thread). The next day I went to check the HP Reg output and after setting the reg at about 100psi to start I turned the marker on and nothing. Since I have worked on BKO's, Ion's and the list goes on I checked the normal things battery, plugs, wires, etc.... nothing! Is it common for the switches on these to go out or ????? I am open to any ideas befor I have to start cuting into the wiring to check for broken wires...

Welcome to the TOG..... and the wonderful world of fixing all stock bugs that come with owning your first Tribal.
Most likely thing that occured is that one of the wires broke. The stock wiring SUCKED, and even more so if the previous owner wasn't careful. Another wire related prob that happens is wires get "pinched", especially when removing & re-installing the gripframe. One other somewhat rare issue is that the back plate sometimes grounds out when the gripframe is tightened up.....weird, I know.
But like I said first..... most likely the stock wiring.

If its not a wiring issue, its probably a fried diode. Looks like Blue took down his old site, so I'm not sure where the articles are. Maybe we could integrate those old technotes into the TOG just like the manual.

I have 'em all, Warped, but haven't had the time to make 'em all "purtified". You wanna tackle it, or should I just get off my well padded buttocks?
*sigh* Life has been just too damned busy of late.

Oh come on guys, I know you're not going to let me come up with a solution for once hehe...
Here's the link, Blue's old site is still up and actually comes up in google still. I just got done throwin in a new diode in my fluster that miraculously fried not long after I got it from Kaos, but that's my luck.
