Ok, I made a small run of Teflon Impregnated Delrin Bolts, but I was too lazy to get it posted on my product's page.

There are two choices:
0.375" dia inlet hole size, which is the same as I have always made. I like these but I usually drill out my body to a larger size which allows more flow and lower pressure operation. These bolts definately work with a drilled body.

0.3125 dia inlet hole size. This size more closely mimics the size of the stock alumimum bolt. Warpedmephisto has noticed higher velocities with some setup while using the stock aluminum bolts, so he has always asked me to make some with the smaller diameter. Well a year or so later I finally gave him the option.

Have fun!!!

Note to you "post count" members....this is a good thread and is what posting should be made of.

Eh I blame it on you! But anyway my useless posting days are over. But it was fun while it lasted!

I will take one btw. Just trying to figure out what size hole to get. The high flow bolt would be more consistent and more efficient wouldnt it?

Hmm the smaller inlet hole is interesting. Maybe one of the members w/o a life (don't look at me) could do a test between the two bolts. I'd be interested in seeing the results.

Yea edwin maybe you could do it seeing as how you have both of the bolts.

I have a bunch of numbers written down from a test I did a while back. I will post them later tonight when I have some free time (and find the graph).

No time to test anything. I think it will have a lot to do with your particular setup, as Warped has found out.

When I initially designed the larger port bolt...it improved the FPS without changing any settings. I pulled the stock Delrin and put in my Teflon Delrin. There are just way too many variables to test everything.

Maybe Andy can shed some light on his findings....as he mentioned he would.

I would recommend, purchasing both and testing them in your markers.

Have fun!!!

It's only cash...you can always make more, or should I say earn more.

Not after the government gets it's share in my self-employment status next year :(

You forgot the "steal more" option.

EDIT: Damn forgot the quote.

I think I just may do that when my markers get here edwin.

Buying one of each that is.
