April 29th, 2007
Once again, the country is quiet and ho-hum day to day operations in Caktus has returned to normal. The Reds and Blues have entered into a peaceful co-existence. Active taunting is normal and both sides seem to tolerate the other with not much more than a nervous laugh and go on about their business. If left to their own devices, they are generally peaceful. The FEDs are up to their usual antics to try to keep it "less than peaceful" in Caktus - for monetary gains but mostly just for their own amusement!
Fast Forward to September 15, 2007.......Good Morning
The Leader of the Friendly Arms Dealers (FEDs) has been trying to gain control the Country of Caktus forever. Sharing a long fairly open border with Caktus makes hit and run style raids easy for the FEDs. With the Reds and Blues at peace, the FEDs haven't been patrolling the border quite as much as normal. They have been actively sneaking into Caktus and stealing women and taking hostages. They sell the women into slavery or trade for more arms and torture the hostages for their own amusement. When confronted by either the Reds or Blues, they blame it on the other side to incite war. Always eager to throw napalm on the fire, they are ready to sell arms and services to anybody with money - even more so when Caktus is involved!
The leader of the FEDs, Monty aka "The King" has been living safe and secure within the walls of Castle Rotstein protected by his best, most loyal soldiers. The rest of his soldiers and country's people live in the village nearby secure in the shadow of the Castle.
Your goals for this game:
1. Fight off the FEDs when necessary - this is a common goal of BOTH Teams.
2. Keep your fort secure and safe from the other team and the FEDs.
3. Rescue hostages from the FEDs when required.
4. Complete your standard missions.
5. Perform your recon missions using maximum stealth - the point of a recon is to get what you need without conflict and contact.
6. Help your team get points.
7. Stay alive!
8. Have FUN!
