Hey I decided to sell My mephy to my friend but one problem the grip frame in the rear is stripped so would anybody be willing to fix this or help me with the problem?

Like Edwin sez.... Andy is a good choice to get the job done. However if you or your friend are even somewhat semi-skilled with basic hand tools tapping threads for the rear gripframe screw is fairly simple.

I think in his case (we talked before) the hole was entirely stripped out, so there'd be nothing to tap. A helicoil or SS insert would be the only option in this case.

ASP has some nice inserts that should be easy enough to install.

I came across these the other day, looking for a fix for a friend's cocker gripframe.

Yep, those were the ones I was talking about. Thats actually the ideal replacement (over a helicoil) as its a solid thread and not just diamond wire bent into a helix.
