I just stopped paying attention to the bastards. Pretty much all the gear and markers I'm interested in has already been produced by somebody else, and is available (from time to time) in the used market. And as I'm never competing in the "professional" tourney-ball leagues, I'm not worried about it.

However, I have noticed that the Gardner boys do compete in the SPPL, which I may actually compete in at some point. So, anyone think I could sneak a 26" telescoping baton onto the field if I'm playing against them, and know what to do with it? *evil grin*
