most of you probly remember that project i was going to do with the ego frame, well ive got my hands on an 06 ego frame with maniac board and a few otherparts (finely finished my mag :D) once it gets here ill be bolting some pieces on and posibly doing alittle milling, also the shocker asa do not work, i tried the one from my st and it could fit but would need to be milled out a bit to fit. anyway once i get my frame i need a solinoid, it needs to be smal and have barbs. i have really nigfty 90 degree barbs that ar half the hight of the regulars. anyway pics will be up once the frame gets here

I've been fiddling with MAC 'noids. Seems there are all kinds of modifications you can get done from the factory that can allow you to do all kinds of nifty stuff with them... :)

I've been talking with a local distributor of MAC solenoids. Apparently they have a crap load of modifications they can do from the factory that aren't exactly well publicized. For example, the 34 series can be made from the factory to operate on 6v DC and pressures up to 200psi (and possibly more).

I was quoted a very cheap number per unit on these ($33.18 Canadian - FOB).

It is therefore probable that this can also be applied to a vast majority of their solenoids. On another note, I have heard that they may be releasing a new line of solenoids as well. :)

:woah: but also a pulse dwell could operate a mac noid...same reason WAS boards could power the AKAs and the Tboards can run MQs
i just learned that from the rogue guild, just regurgitating information
