my tribal is sick, it has been sick since i got it. it cycles fine but the balls will barely roll out the barrel if at all.
i dont have any air right now to tinker with it, i have put a new reg on it dont know if that will help it or not or if i actually have a aoc problem

HPR, AOC, Dwell.... could be one, two or all three.
Set your HPR about 225-235
Set your AOC around 100
Set your dwell at 17 or 18
If you cant get a ball to fly out of the barrel with those setting it needs some serious troubleshooting.

got it shooting properly after adjusting the aoc. although at higher rates of fire the velocity would drop but then after i got off it it would be right back on velocity.
shot it for a few speedball games over the weekend, no eyes and a halo and it didn't chop once at high rate of fire.

Glad to hear you got it in playable condition. The remaining issue you described would most likely be due to:
1. Stock AOC
2. Stock HPR
Once both of those have been replaced you will probably not experience any velocity loss during high ROF.

HaveBlue/ASP might have some lpr adapters fairly cheap. They allow you to run any after market Cocker LPR.
And Edwin puts out some very nice alternatives, my fav is the "tilpr".
