So last week I was returned to Texas back to regular guard status and recieved a refrad and non deployable profile. My migraines/headaches are getting to the point where they are really affecting my ability to be in the military and just waiting to get back to work at my local armory. Then I have to get my insurance (Tricare is a pain) back and see my doctor again and try another round of medicine and tests. I assume they are not migraines and actually cluster headaches.

Anyways this has been a hectic year to say the least and I appologize for not getting my markers up for sale as promised. When I get a chance I will be doing that, selling roughly half my collection. Kaos, Shifty, ya'll have first dibs so I'll contact you two first. Just need to find my camera and get the markers out. They're put together, I just need to go over them again and do some more visual checks. Shame I don't have any gas, might be able to get some more but living in a townhouse with other people, they might not respond to paintball marker shots too well haha. I'll do what I can though to make sure theres nothing wrong with them.

On the upside I get to go back to tuning my 2006 Subaru WRX STi and tearing up the streets of Waco. Good to be back in Texas... Louisiana and Georgia were miserable, not to mention our new and improved body armor, by improved I mean more plates and weight hah.

Good to see you back, thought you fell off the grid dude..... Hell, I even went to your GIjoe homepage and registered just to see if I could reach you thru that.
Sorry to hear about your headaches or whatever they are, is this something that recently developed or have you been dealing with it for some time? Maybe it's something the Army did..... *cha-ching*. The only prob with going down that road is that then they don't wanna let you out till you're all fixed, or at least tell them you're not going to hold them accountable. I love Uncle FN Sam.......
Anyway, Welcome Back!!

It's a problem I've had my whole life but since my deployment to Egypt in 06 they've gotten a lot worse and happen more frequently. Hell I went 2 weeks of having a headache every day, now they're down to 3-5 a week. More than likely will receive some cash from the military for it though.

^^ Been to a dentist lately? Have your wisdom teeth out? Dental issues are the #1 cause of migraine headaches.

Dental and vision ruled out, as well as many other things. Have had a CT scan of my brain, xray of sinuses, and blood work done.

So my insurance got turned off since they cut our orders so soon so might be awhile before I get some more tests done hah.

Yeah I was thinking along the dental lines as well.... how about your inner ear? And get someone other than the Army doctors to look at the problem. Most service physicians couldn't find their ass with a road map.

Proctology? I swear to god all the Millitary Doctors I know were Proctologists in a former life. :Nervous:

I've had the tests done by civilian doctors, anyways gonna get most of my paintball gear up for sale soon. Found a database administrator's position for my city (waco) that I'm going to apply for, decent money and a way to pay bills since the military isn't funding me anymore.

So you're the proud owner of a DD-214...?

Oddly enough no, they were really screwy with everything on the active duty srp side that took care of our outprocessing. They released me from active duty and sent me home without a 214 because I was only on active status for 21 days. My unit is pretty pissed how they handled everything and is going to just put more burden on them, as they now have to create an LOD for me. As far as I'm concerned they can kiss my ass if they try to deploy me before I get this taken care of. Hell I'm sitting at home on the couch with an icepack instead of outside working on my car because I have a headhache and ran out of prescription meds since they cut my insurance.
