how difficult do you think it would be to create a manifold and put a better noid on a tribal?

I think that Andy was playing with that idea.....Maybe he will post.

Haha, and here I am. I don't think it'd be too difficult, but you'd probably need an aftermarket frame/tub to fit the new solenoid in. Although the Nerve's new solenoid shows potential because it has the same footprint of the Parker/Skinner valves. I have been wanting to make up a small adapter plate that bolts onto where the solenoid would normally but has hose barbs leading to a hosed solenoid instead. Although then you run into the flow issues with all of the hose running to/from the solenoid. I think it'd be a cool little experiment though!

arent some of the other solenoids (like the freestyle and shockers) a bit smaller than the tribal ones?

That is possible, but they might not have the same footprint and an adapter could take up some much needed space in the gripframe and cause the solenoid to not fit.

how badly would it damage your gun if you had a wrong noid on it? I've never thought about it.?

it wouldnt damage the gun (operation wise) if anything would could get damaged it would be the noid itself. I imagine if you werent careful and didnt line up the holes on the manifold corectly you could possible damage body threads but that is all I can think of
