new to the Tribe , What sh ould i know?

Buying an All stock Fluster from a buddy , what should i know aout Tribals?
I intend on fully upgrading it (all of my guns are $ pits) Micro Rock LPR , Edwins Derlin bolt (untill i get around to making my own in plastics class) Rocket valve , CP reg , LPC,Drilled ASA screw , Might upgrade the board? , and a 16in Bigbore stiffi

Im also going to put my 18vt modded warp on it and a modded revi (i can get them to 16bps) along with my 68/45 Raptor rex

Few quick questions,
The Tribal is alot like impys/bushys ...but made WAY before them so Impys/bushy are tribal clones right?

Is a rocket valve worth it?

The Ram spring , it eliminates FSDO , but on impys an LPR does that...so do i need it? will it lower my pressure? reduce kick?

anyway to Inteli-feed my warp to the tribal? , how about inteli-feed it so it will work on turbo (its a single finger frame i have a right to cheat a bit and hell its only 13bps)?

Its gonna be nice lol

I agree with Chris.

The rocket valve is worth it but you will be hard pressed to find a new one!!! ASP is out of stock, and Maddman has them on hold for some reason....

The ram spring is new, so we have limited feedback. FSDO is pretty common in Tribals and most of it is due to a sticky ram, so the ram spring will help break that nagging static friction of the ram. If your lucky enough to get a Tribal with a Snap Ring Ram then you may not need a spring, if the snap ring ram is tuned properly.

How did you get your revvy up to 16bps?

When it comes to tribals, just think bushmaster and you'll be fine. Just tribals have specific parts.

As for upgrading, all the main guys who do stuff for tribals are on here so check out the speciality parts forum, and you'll be able to find most anything, and plenty of services as well. [/url]

You can tap into your solenoid leads and run the wires into a 3/32" (I believe) phone jack and then run that as a signal into your warp. Then you can use jumpers to adjust your feed rate on the warp circuit board. Its pretty simple, but I can whip up a little intellifeed for you if you want.

A new HPR regulator and a AOC replacement (either Edwin's LPRC or ASP's LPR Adapter and a good LPR) will really help with your effeciency, consistancy, and the overall gas flow.

Man just go slow and ask lots of questions. I think that ASP has some modded valves that are really nice also. I have one that I used until I got my Rocket. I personaly went with Eds LPRC for a couple of reasons.....
1. Ed is a Tribesman, actually the only true one. I like to keep the family in businees because without him and a few other fellas we would have crappy milled paper weights...
2. Its hoseless. That can be good and bad......

I think that you will be fine witha modded ASP valve really. Leave the board alone for a bit. If you do all that tricked out crap to your revvy you will be fine.

Ok techniquly i havent ever gotten a revi up that fast , but i did a mod to a rico AK (both are gravity feed agitaded loaders that feed 12bps stock) that made it feed 17 (off gun)

1. open up the gearbox and grind the gears abit , some might be abit oversized , and that wil create extra friction , then lube everything ith dow or slickhoney
2. add an extra 9vt , if 9vts is fast 12 is faster , and if 12 is fast 18 is faster :hypnodis: :) not sure what it wil do to the board or servo , but whatever (im thinking over time it would fry either one)
3. bent your implellers so the hook the balls and force them into the hole (note: it should look like a swatstika when done , i didnt like that part but with the battery mod you have to becuase the impeller speed will knockballs away)

there you go , Ramens's Super revi mod (or rico ak......)

My modded Rico AK was traded away , it sucks becuase i play stock class alot , so often i will trade guns and gear i need to tourny play for stockclass stuff , then trade the stock class stuff when a tourny is comming up....lol im a huge trading whore
