:Mad2:

ive took the 4 guns apart ........ well on the mephy there is just gunk everywhere on the inside from the lack of cleaning. which is not a big deal just more of a aggrevation.

the flusters both have stripped valve retaining screws..... the head of the screws are pretty thrashed in both directions( as a flat head turning right or left ) and is too low for me to dremel another slot. any ideas to get these out?

on one of the rams..... the back cap is off center so wont go in the gun correctly ....you have to leave it loose to stay center but as soon as you tighten the screw on it goes right to one side or the other. any suggestions?

i do have pics of evrything but dont feel like hosting right now

Send it all to andy?

General maintenance, is well, general. How often have you been just totally cleaning and relubing, and all that jazz, to each of your markers?

For the valve screws, is there enough room to dremel a slot perpendicular(making an X looking thing) to the original slot, or are they just that beat up?

As for the ram cap, I have no idea what to do...

the general maintence..... i dont have a problem with and it wasnt mine it was jakes that needed cleaning...... cuz the inside was caked with all kinds of stuff. that wasnt a big deal it just turned from bad to worse when i looked at the valve screws on the other guns.

ill try the x thing but .....theres not enough on the surface so ill actually be carving into some of the aluminum as well on the frame.
i dint know a valve screw was able to go that far into the frame

I can probably help you on the valve screw!!! But you will have to send the body to me.

I use a tiny ball-head bit on a dremel and cut a new keyway in the soft brass screw. Works excellent most all the time.

I dont remember where I read this might have been in the "other forum" and hell might have been one of you guys but some said the reverse drill bits work good at least to get it out if you keep it slow
