I'm just wondering what cup seals are availible for STOCK valves. I know NW makes some, but they are made for bushmasters, and fit the red valve, but do they fit stock valve pins? I'm asking cause I'm kinda sick of these hard delrin seals, and even though they work, I want some cupseals I don't have to worry about leaking ever.
Also, Mike, cause you confirm that NW is going out of business? I read a thread over on AO, and they said that when they called, the people at NW said they had sold bascially all of thier stuff left over.

First of all the stock cupseals were made out of Nylon I believe (white plastic) and the NW seals were black (delrin). I don't know of any other for Tribals by I bet they are out there.

Its a company.. iirc. North West Products. ASP carries a good deal of their stuff.
The reason why I'm asking is, that their cupseals are supposedly really awesome, and you never have to worry about them leaking, and so I was wondering if they would fit the stock valve pin.

Your right, but when I hear of white cup seals on Tribals, I think of the stock cups seals, which are way to soft to be delrin.

I've always just re-surfaced the stock cup seals to get them to seal up again. That and the soft brass valves are easy to re-surface as well.

Brass will be brass colored right? They aren't nickel plated or anything? My valve is all shiney, so I would guess SS for it, but I realy have no idea.

Yeah, the ASA screws are made out of brass so the stock valves are the same color. If your valve is silver, like the ram shafts and hammers, then you have a SS valve.

That was me. I called them to order something and the guy on the phone said I was luckly to call when I did because they were almost out of stock on most stuff because dealers bought it up when told they were going out of buisness.
