2x Grip Frame Conversion

Ok I thought it would be best to start a new tread on this addition to my Mini Project, as people looking to do 2x conversion would just have to look at the Title.

Well I am taking a 1x grip frame (old school) with finger groove, and I am going to upgrade it to a 2x trigger frame. Well at least I am going to try. :D

Here is a pic of the Grip Frame with the parts near their original location. Yes I know, I should have snapped a pic before cutting:

I am going to try to mimic the original finger goove style of the grip with this conversion, so it should at least be a least worth a few laughs!!!

No further work done to it so far. Maybe this week I will do some welding.
