Trigger Adjustment Screw - Quick Tip

My Trigger adjustment screws are always loose and sometimes change their settings, so I was trying to figure out how to make them sticky with out using loctite. Somepeole use teflon on then to tighten them up, but I decided to use something else.

I found that if you put a little hot Glue on the threads before inserting it gets pretty sticky, all most like having a set screw with a nylon locking patch.

Just thought I would pass this along as it seems to work nice on my Addicted that I finished up last night.:D

Great tip! I haven't had any trouble with my trigger screws but I might try this in other applications.

I should try that. My screws came with teflon tape on them, but they slowly get out of adjustment and I have to repositon them every once and a while.
