Ok, like I said a while back, I was going to attempt to make some delrin triggers in shop class. I finally got around to using the mill and did it (although I mostly use a dremel tool to make them)

I know they aren't the greatest right now, but they will be getting better soon, when I start using the CNC mill...

since they aren't the greatest right now, I don't know if anyone would want some, but I'll make some for pretty cheap if someone wants them. I'll make them any shape/style you want. Don't really have a price right now, I don't really plan on selling them fully until I start using the CNC mill.

Here's some pics.

the crazy one on the left is the 1st experimental one I made for my friends mag (so he can fan it better) and then I made one to be a lot like the stock trigger, and then the one on the far right was juse one I kinda free styled, didn't know what it would look like until I was dine cutting it out.

these I spent anout 50 minutes on, so the ones in the future will be alot higher quality.

(the ring trigger one was made before I figured out how to give them a good finish, that one has gouges in it from sanding with low grit paper)

cool, like I said, they're nothing special right now, but they will get better. I'll spend more time on the next couple, and hopefully eventually use the CNC mill

update: Some punk broke the CNC mill yesterday... it should be fixed in a few days though. I don't know when I'll start using it though. I'm gonna wait until my friend does some work in it it make sure it works well. (It's really really really old, it runs DOS 2.0)

Just because it runs DOS doesn't mean that its old. Thats actually the platform that a lot of CNC's run off of. I will be running mine from a DOS-based program.

I know, it's a really old version of DOS though (at least that's what my computer friend told me) It is kinda old though. I'll see if I can find a date on it today. I'm guessing 10 years old at least ...

(It's got the ugly yellowish color plastic computer, like old apple computers... lol)
