asa adapter oring

do i need to grease it? tonight somehting weird happend. I was shooting it, and it started leaking really bad around the asa adapter. I have greased it(the oring) and was wondering if that would be a problem? the oring on my HPR is fine, and the oring on the ASA Adapter is fine,, but this leak scared the crap out of me..

I'm about to do this, and tell you if it solved it:

re-teflon macroline fitting on HPR
replace HPR oring
replace ASA Adapter oring

There is that one hole that the AOC vents out of. It is right next to the ASA oring, and if the AOC orings are not working properly then it will vent out of there.

yeah i guess it was blown or something. btw, this was lasts weeks concern Edwin,answer my question for next week!! :D
