ok i have a morlock board on the way in a trade with cdarnell. he already told me that they are already set up to take eyes...what eyes will fit on this board and where can i get them
also what has to be done to program it??? i read on another forum that they can be programed???
sorry for the newb questions...i feel like a heal here lol.... been workin on markers for 11 years and i am a newb again lol
talk about irony
i have a twister that will be on the way from newbedo that looks super clean and this is what i am going to put the morlock in.
also what is the switch on the side of the mephy 2.2? that is what is on the way from darnell...(use to belong to kaos...the one with the milled top tube)
starting to get a little collection going to start tinkering with but need some guidance.
i have always been self sufficient and would like to get that way with the tribals but i am sure it will take time since i never had an electropneumatic till i got my bbt

The Morlock series is set up to accept break beam eyes. Meaning an emitter and a sensor are on opposite sides of the breech.
The Morlock manual is on KM2's website.

Actually the Morlocks will do reflective eyes also (if you really wanted to). I believe the WAS breakbeam eyes will work (Fairchild matched IR set), and when I get mine back from loan I was going to try these 3mm eyes I just bought. The nice thing is they're cheap enough (from Digikey) that you can buy different ones to try out.
If you want somehting guaranteed tyo work, just contact KM2 (or TAG, tagsportz.com) and tell them you need a set of breakbeam eyes for a Morlock.

actually i am going to need several things here as soon as i decide on everything edwin
so i will probably p.m you at some point.
a few fsdo springs
a set of eyes
maybee an extra ace board
and will probably be looking for a fury chip and a stock double trigger frame for the
what is the switch on the side of the 2.2 mephys???
i have one on the way from darnell tht will have clamping feedneck and i will probably put furry chip fsdo spring and ace board in it to get it moving a bit
then will get an lpc and tap the asa for lpr
i then have the twister wich will have lpc and lpr and i will be throwing the morlock in it with the eyes from you but it is single frame.
dont really like tubs but may have to get one if i can not find a double frame
then i will need lots of tech support...may just get everything and ship it off to warped and have him do the magnetic trigger on it too...want to really get these ripping
oh and probably a few extra large shirts too lol :D

the switch on the side of the mephy is the on/off the mephys back plate is solid.
the lpr I am sending has the adapter so, you wont need to tap ASA
the guy that makes the morlock does not recoment reflective eyes, he recomends the beam break eyes.

greatly appreciate the info dude...that is what edwin was offering up for 5.00 was the bbe eyes like what he has on the ace boards so that is what i will go with once i get everything togather..
i know the adapter fits straight in but isn't the lpc chamber and the lpr better than just the lpr????

it's all good i will find a use for the adapter till i get them both upped...it will be a gradual process for me so what i am getting will work great and i can gradually get them worked up to where i want them....
i appreciate the deal...i will be quite happy with the stuff i am getting.
and it will work nicely till i can get that twister totally upped then i will use the twister till i get the mephy totally upped.
i really like how the mepy was milled off on the back...it will make a neat toy

that morlock board has intelifeed capabilities??? that would be prety sweet...i bet a revy direct wired to the intelifeed would be more then fast enough..if not an egg hooked to intelifeed would hehehehe

Yeah, I think the Morlock has intellifeed capabilities.

well i was versing myself in the manual....always read a good dozen times lol.
basically since the tribal is single silinoid correct?? the second silinoid contrile can be used to run intelifeed...it wont work on a marker with a duel silinoid but it will on one with a single silinoid
not sure if it would make a difference as to what hopper i ran though as basically the board would be gone on the hopper so i would think a revy would be fast enough but i may be wrong...
your in the know and would love to hear your opinion on this lol.
the programing alone looks overwelming for me but if i read enough and study the instructions enough i think i can do it.

Yes, you can just run the second soleniod output as an intellifeed for the Revy. Although you might want to use that just as a signal to your hopper board and let that take care of the hopper motor. You don't want too many things running off of that single 9v in your gun. As for the hopper, it just depends on how fast you want your gun to shoot. Since you'll have eyes in your Tribal, your ROF is just limited to how fast you can throw balls down the feedneck.

dang i am getting more lost every min. here lol so basically i would remove the sensors on the hopper??? and still leave the board in? the morlock manual said to run direct to motor but i was thinking the same thing about the draw on the battery...
i am gonna p.m you and let you know what all i have going to get your thought if you don't mind

You can run the motor directly from the 2nd solenoid output, but that is drawing a lot of current off of that single 9v. How an intellifeed truely works is the board just sends a signal to the hopper to tell it when to turn. The board in the hopper then takes care of motor dwells, etc, and is responsible for powering and running the motor by itself and the hopper's batteries.
