How the hell do you get this shit off?

My poor twister's previous owner JB Welded the eyes in...





AND the LPR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heat breaks down JB Weld. If that doesn't work, just use a small pick or screwdriver to chip it off - just be careful around the ano.

how much heat are we talking here? - cause I don't want to damage the eyes.

it would take quite a bit of heat, seeing how it can be used to repair cracked exhaust manifolds without melting out.......

Yeah, I was talking about using a propane blowtorch. Best bet is that the eyes will be destroyed anyway you look at it, so just get new ones.

Yep, was working on some tonight. This week I plan to get a lot done and a good majority of them shipped out.

Try using a soldering iron on the JB Weld. That works great!!!! If you have a small tip, it helps.

I do it all the time. It doesn't melt, it kinda turns into powedery as you apply the heat of the soldering iron.
