BBT ASP HPR rebuild kit question

Hey all,

I am rebuilding my HPR on my BBT AOK?

I am using a ASP rebuild kit, IU am swapping the spring for the spring washers pack. But there are 9 in the pack and only 8 in the diagram. Which is correct?

Or is there just a spare?
