Added PDFs Under the Navbar

I added the Tribal PDF and a Tribal Basics Pdf right under the navbar. Hopefully, I will figure out how to put it on a drop down menu not text links.

But at least we have them here now.

My home computer sucks and doesn't like pdfs so I try not to open them.

I just ordered a Sony Viao today from TigerDirect. It should be here soon.
